Get an increase of up to 15 horsepower at 2600 rpm
with an Exhaust Pipe kit. Designed to allow the
turbo to spool-up quickly at the bottom end, it
allows for higher flow once the engine is at higher
rpm with high exhaust temperatures that occur under
load. Installation of an exhaust kit should be
matched with a higher flow air filter for maximum
improvements. |

Currently, the Powerstroke stock exhaust has a flattened
turbo down pipe which reduces the turbo response. Our 4"
mandrel bent pipe is a tight fit, but worth the labor.
Or have Coastal Diesel install it for you.
4" Banks cat back systems are also available for the new
6.0L Powerstroke. This system includes all intermediate
pipe, pipe extensions, Dynaflow muffler, Monster
tailpipe and 5" polished tip.
